Tips Menghadapi Longsor dan Ciri Daerah Rawan Longsor

Tanah longsor adalah suatu peristiwa geologi yang terjadi karena pergerakan tanah seperti jatuhnya bebatuan atau gumpalan besar tanah (http://id.wikipedia.org). Meskipun penyebab utama kejadian ini adalah gravitasi yang mempengaruhi suatu lereng yang curam, namun ada pula faktor-faktor lainnya yang turut berpengaruh:
1.Erosi yang disebabkan sungai-sungai atau gelombang laut yang menciptakan lereng-lereng yang terlalu curam
2.Lereng dari bebatuan dan tanah diperlemah melalui saturasi yang diakibatkan hujan lebat
3.Gempa bumi menyebabkan tekanan yang mengakibatkan longsornya lereng-lereng yang lemah
4.Gunung berapi menciptakan simpanan debu yang lengang, hujan lebat dan aliran debu-debu
5.Getaran dari mesin, lalu lintas, penggunaan bahan-bahan peledak, dan bahkan petir
6.Berat yang terlalu berlebihan, misalnya dari berkumpulnya hujan atau salju.
Maka dari itu, filtrasi awal bagi kita ketika hendak memilih lokasi rumah tinggal/membeli rumah tinggal adalah sebisa mungkin hindari daerah dengan topografi curam ( > 25 % atau lebih), hal ini dimaksudkan agar kita terhindar dari bencana tanah longsor.

Ciri Daerah Rawan Longsor:
1.Daerah berbukit dengan kelerengan lebih dari 20 derajat
2.Lapisan tanah tebal di atas lereng
3.Sistem tata air dan tata guna lahan yang kurang baik
4.Lereng terbuka atau gundul
5.Terdapat retakan tapal kuda pada bagian atas tebing
6.Banyaknya mata air/rembesan air pada tebing disertai longsoran-longsoran kecil
7.Adanya aliran sungai di dasar lereng
8.Pembebanan yang berlebihan pada lereng seperti adanya bangunan rumah atau saranan lainnya.
9.Pemotongan tebing untuk pembangunan rumah atau jalan

Upaya mengurangi tanah longsor:
1.Menutup retakan pada atas tebing dengan material lempung.
2.Menanami lereng dengan tanaman serta memperbaiki tata air dan guna lahan.
Waspada terhadap mata air/rembesan air pada lereng.
3.Waspada padsa saat curah hujan yang tinggi pada waktu yang lama

Yang dilakukan pada saat dan setelah longsor:
1.Karena longsor terjadi pada saat yang mendadak, evakuasi penduduk segera setelah diketahui tanda-tanda tebing akan longsor.
2.Segera hubungi pihak terkait dan lakukan pemindahan korban dengan hati-hati.
3.Segera lakukan pemindahan penduduk ke tempat yang aman.

Orang yang direkrut akan diwajibkan untuk merekrut orang lagi untuk dijadikan bawahannya dengan iming-iming mendapatkan pendapatan yang besar dibandingkan bekerja tanpa bawahan. Bagi pelamar yang baru lulus dan yang kurang pengalaman mungkin bisa terjebak dengan sistem ini. Seolah-olah kita sudah diterima kerja, namun sebenarnya kita bekerja pada mereka secara full time namun sistem rewardnya hanya komisi hasil kerja kita atau gaji dasar yang diberikan sangat minim yang terkadang di bawah UMR. Akan tetapi perusahaan yang seolah-olah bonafit, besar, dan terkenal dapat membuat anda mengiyakan tawaran mereka untuk bergabung. Sebenarnya pekerjaan yang mereka tawarkan kepada anda adalah sales berbasis komisi.

Perusahaan yang sering menggunakan tehnik semacam itu:
- Perusahaan Futures atau Bursa berjangka (Forex, Valas, Saham, Reksa Dana, dan sebagainya)
- Perusahaan Asuransi
- Perusahaan Perbankan (Kartu Kredit, Kredit/Loan, dll)
- Perusahaan MLM, dan sebagainya

Namun tidak semua perusahaan di atas melakukan tehnik yang serupa untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang besar, dan masih banyak jenis perusahaan lainnya yang sedang atau mungkin akan mengadopsi sistem semacam itu. Semua perlu diwaspadai.

Jika anda yakin dapat melakukan dan mendapatkan penghasilan yang lebih besar dari sistem semacam itu anda boleh saja bergabung. Tidak ada larangan untuk bergabung dengan mereka. Namun sekali lagi perhatikan kemampuan yang anda miliki. Jangan terlena dengan tawaran dan janji tanpa melihat situasi yang sebenarnya. Banyak juga orang yang sukses, dan banyak pula yang akhirnya keluar dengan tangan hampa dan bahkan kehilangan nyawa. Bergabung dengan perusahaan investasi futures akan mewajibkan anda mencari modal untuk dimainkan dengan cara apapun terserah anda. It might take a little coffee or probably a few rounds of beer or any other booze you could get your hands on when it comes to relaxing after a hard day's work. Well, yeah I'm guilty about that one as well, unless I'm caught dead wearing a lampshade over my head after a few rounds of vodka… half-naked! I mean, the new age thing like Zen or yoga is one of the good things and it actually works. Is there room for the intellectual side of people who can actually smell the roses-in-a-can while on the move? It kind of had me thinking that there really must be something in this 'mind-over-matter' thing.

Humor is indeed the best medicine there is whenever you are. I mean anyone can pay good money to listen to a comedian just to make you wet your pants after laughing so hard. Despite of what's been happening, and to those who has gone though the ordeal, it's better to just laugh while facing the troubles with a clear mind than anger with a clouded vision. Alternative Energy Development in Japan

Japan is a densely populated country, and that makes the Japanese market more difficult compared with other markets. If we utilize the possibilities of near-shore installations or even offshore installations in the future, that will give us the possibility of continued use of wind energy. If we go offshore, it's more expensive because the construction of foundations is expensive. But often the wind is stronger offshore, and that can offset the higher costs.
